Case Studies and Results

Measured results, not promises

We do not publish a case study until we can show how and when the results were measured. This page explains the method we use to measure each project; case studies are added as their profiles are completed and approved by the client.

Our rule

Why There Are No Isolated Percentages Here

A percentage without a baseline, a measurement date, or client authorization proves nothing. That’s why every case we publish will include the problem, what we did, the before-and-after metrics, how and when they were measured, and written confirmation of their use.

Project Cycle

Four phases for measuring each outcome

01

Free Assessment

We analyze processes, systems, data, and metrics, and quantify the cost of inaction.

02

Evaluation of Alternatives

Two or three alternatives with multi-criteria analysis and a business case (NPV, IRR, and payback period), to be completed in two to four weeks.

03

Implementation

Pilot phase with agreed-upon metrics; upon successful completion, full-scale rollout: integrations, training, and go-live.

04

Re-evaluation of Results

Between 30 and 90 days after going live, we measure the actual impact: measured return, not projected.

Agreed-upon metric

Success metrics agreed upon before launch

The scope, duration, and success metrics of the pilot are agreed upon before it begins. If the pilot does not meet these metrics for reasons attributable to Ecoeffy, we will adjust it and repeat it once at no additional cost. The full-scale implementation is contracted only once the pilot is successful.

Case Summary

What Each Case We Publish Includes

Industry and Problem

The client’s context and the business challenge that needed to be addressed.

What Was Done

The services, capabilities, and applications that were used.

Before-and-After Metrics

The agreed-upon metric, with its baseline and final value.

Measurement and Authorization

How and when it was measured, and the customer’s written confirmation to publish it.

Verification

When the contract so provides, a third party verifies the result

The re-measurement is compared to the baseline established at diagnosis and the metrics agreed upon in the pilot. If specified in the contract, an independent third party verifies the results before we publish them as a case study.
