General Conditions of the Return and Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. Ecoeffy offers refunds only when there is a problem that prevents the product or service from working properly.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original box. And only when the product or service has not been used successfully. Customers will not be entitled to a refund if the use of the product or service has been detected, the respective validation will be carried out with the corresponding systems, in order to validate the activation of the product or service. After the problem is verified by the Technical Support department, a refund will be credited without delay.

Substitution of terms of returns and refunds policy: For products and services sold through Ecoeffy, this refund policy normally overrides any statement to the contrary contained in a product or service terms and conditions of sale. A refund can only be credited to the original account from which the payment was made. If such an account is closed, then the refund cannot be granted. Ecoeffy may take steps to restrict customers who make purchases and repeated requests for refunds from making new purchases through Ecoeffy.

Request a Return: To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase .Customers should go to the Contact Us section and provide the following information:

  • Describe in as much detail as possible the problem with the product or service.
  • Purchase code, listed on the Payment Page.

Do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions of return

Ecoeffy products and services require acceptance of our return and refund policy. This policy may be updated from time to time, so please check back regularly.


Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within a specified number of days. As far as possible, consignments will be made to bank accounts of the holder of the purchase.

Reimbursements overdue or not received

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card issuer.

We invite you to contact your bank. It often takes some time before the reimbursement is posted.

Items on offer

Only regular priced items will be reimbursed. Offered items are non-refundable.


We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at and send your item to: Calle 127a 5c-46 T5 703, Bogotá, Colombia.


If the item was marked as a gift when you purchased it and we send it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit note for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift sent the order to themselves for delivery to you later, we will send a refund to the person who made the gift and they will know about your return.

Return shipment

To return your product, you must mail it to Calle 127a 5c-46 T5 703, Bogotá, Colombia.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
