Annual Meeting or Project Start – Kickoff Meeting
It will review or set the strategic objectives for the year and for each month, when it corresponds to a group in a functional organization. And the project objectives for a project-by-project organization. It sets out and agrees on the period’s goals and the strategies adopted to achieve it.
Another important function of this launch meeting is the setting of measurement and progress indicators, in accordance with the objectives formulated. Which in general can be: growth (), profitability, quality or customer service.
Encouraging a weekly meeting and plan
It details tasks to be performed in the week, clearly in installments and deliverables. Progress is also tracked to help identify difficulties and articulate aids within the team. Our weekly meeting includes the following spaces:
Informal connection and equipment join (10 minutes)
Review of weekly tasks and deliveries (15 minutes)
It consists of a review of the status of each of the tasks. It allows you to identify obstacles and from this update, make decisions to advance.
